Mango Sorbet 

Mango sorbet
 

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks

  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

 
 
  1. Place frozen mango and lime juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve as is if you prefer a soft texture. Alternatively, place the sorbet in the freezer for a couple of hours to harden.
