Kimberly has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry. She is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her many years of experience make her comfortable working with clients of all ages and abilities. Her focus has been to motivate and educate people to help them reach specific goals and make fitness a part of their everyday life. She has taken Pelican Fitness & Spa to the next level by providing an environment where members can improve their physical fitness, stretch, and recover from their sport or favorite activities.
Jacob Moore
Director of Golf Fitness | Personal Trainer
Jacob, is a certified strength and conditioning coach with 26 years of experience. His certifications include NSCA tactical strength and conditioning coach and TPI level 3 certified. His vast experience and education have prepared him to build the perfect training program for you. You will become a better athlete but more importantly you will extend your quality of life..
Janice Hauck
Personal Trainer | Class Instructor
Janice is a NASM certified personal trainer, as well as TPI golf fitness certified. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Sociology and has a passion for sports, fitness, and wellness. She grew up playing basketball and swimming competitively. Janice specializes in strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training, group fitness and corrective exercise training.
Peyton Fedorek
Personal Trainer | Class Instructor
Peyton is a NASM certified personal trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise and strength and conditioning. Prior to Peyton becoming a personal trainer he played college baseball at Palm Beach State College. While improving his individual game on the baseball field he was learning sport specific training program design and how to execute proper technique while training. His passion has since changed to body building and teaching proper nutrition habits.
