Everyday Oats
¾ oatmeal (Quick Oats is what I’ve been using lately)
1 ¼ cup water
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ almond milk (unsweetened)
¾ cup blueberries
½ banana
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
handful of cashews
Prepare oatmeal first. Boil water then add the oats. Reduce heat for 3 minutes then stir in almond milk for roughly 30 seconds. Remove oatmeal from heat. Add toppings and enjoy!
