Everyday Oats
  • ¾ oatmeal (Quick Oats is what I’ve been using lately)

  • 1 ¼ cup water

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ almond milk (unsweetened)

  • ¾ cup blueberries

  • ½ banana

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • handful of cashews

Prepare oatmeal first.  Boil water then add the oats.  Reduce heat for 3 minutes then stir in almond milk for roughly 30 seconds.  Remove oatmeal from heat. Add toppings and enjoy!
