Protein Pancakes
¼ cup rolled oats
¼- ½ cup peanut butter
1 large egg
1 banana
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
½ cup 2% milk (you can use almond milk)
Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
